I wasn't worthy

I came to this show to be with my daughter and share the experience with her. I liked HAIM, but wasn't all that familiar and had never been to one of their performances. Had never heard of more* or Sasami. Had never been to the Andrew J Brady Music Center. First: it was a beautiful venue. Easy to get to, nice area around, really nice inside, and the acoustics were great. More*, the opener, was a very nice, enjoyable surprise. Sasami was an amazing performer with a great band. Had never heard any of their songs, but enjoyed everything and she/they had the crowd engaged. I feared she may have been a show-stealer considering how much fun the performance was and how much she interacted with the crowd. Then HAIM came out and blew us away. From the moment they started to the encore, they were A+ performers on top of their game and seemed to be having as much fun as we were. They were passionate, funny, incredibly talented, and carried a powerful theme of promoting women in music. I had such a beautiful experience sharing that concert with my 18 yo daughter. It was her graduation present and she described the concert as "absolutely fulfilling." I AM A FAN!
